Bought this ring with a tight deadline, i asked for them to be quick about it, and without hiccups, it arrived a week early. I definitely recommend kavalri, the service was world class, same as communication, and the product. They were answering emails after 11pm - ridiculously good service, i hope these guys business explodes cos they deserve it!!

When i first ordered the ring i had ordered the wrong size, and with a simple and extremely helpful back and forth with Kavalri we were able to get the ring remade to fit perfectly. They were very patient and really empathetic in regards to the urgency and importance of the ring as it was an engagement ring for my fiance.
