All our engagement rings are custom made and take between 4-6 weeks to make depending on the style that you are after.  We do have certain styles that can be made a little faster for those in a rush.  If you are in a rush, please get in touch and we will advise if fast tracking your ring is possible.

We have created hundreds of custom rings for customers who live interstate or overseas. Our fully transparent ring and diamond pricing gives our customers the confidence that will receive an exceptionally high-quality diamond engagement ring at a great price.

Yes we offer locally stocked natural and lab-grown diamonds, meaning you can find your diamond on our website and then request to view it in our showroom before making that final decision. In addition to our locally stocked diamonds we also sell international diamonds that include a 360 online video of each diamond. It is important to note that you can view our locally stocked diamonds in our showroom, but our international diamonds can only be viewed online with a 360  zoomed in video of the diamond along with the fully diamond certification.  

It will take approximately three to four weeks for us to custom make your diamond wedding ring, depending on the individual design you have chosen. You will receive a notification as soon as your ring has been made and is ready for pick up or to be securely sent to you. 

Absolutely. During your consultation we will work with you to achieve your desired ring style that matches your engagement ring.  With over a hundred diamond rings on display in our showroom and hundreds more ring designs that we can make we can make almost any diamond ring design. 

Our diamond rings can be made in a range of metal options ranging from white, yellow and rose gold in 9 ct, 14 ct and 18 ct, platinum, palladium and black zirconium. 

There are a number of ways where you can get you correct ring size.  Our ring sizing chart page is a great starting point which outlines ways that will help you get the correct ring size.  This includes visitng a local jeweller and requesting to get find out your ring size, ordering a free ring sizer from us or once you have found a ring you like on our website making a booking at our showroom where we will determine your exact size. 

For Gold and Tantalum rings, there is a $95 reproduction fee to resize or remake the ring if the sizing is incorrect (within 1 full size).  For Platinum rings, there is a $150 remaking fee for rings to be remade (within 1 full size).  If you need to resize a gold and zirconium ring, the nominal fee to remake the ring is $95-150 (within 1 full size).   If you need to resize a gold, platinum or tantalum ring greater than 1 full size then please contact us at sales@kavalri.com.au for a quotation.  For more details on our ring resizing policy simply click here

Please go to the individual product pages to view the finish options.  If see a wedding ring design that you like but would like it in a different finish then simply get in touch and we will gladly be able to confirm whether that can be done.
